WIIRE® is hiring

About WIIRE®

WIIRE® (Women Invest in Real Estate) exists to help women become W-2 optional through real estate investing. Through our membership community, podcast, events, education, and partnerships, we serve thousands of women across the country who are building businesses and designing lives they love. We're growing quickly, and we're hiring for two roles right now.

Community Manager
+ Admin

(1099 Contractor, approximately 10–15 hours/week)

This is the role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeping members supported, events running, and nothing falling through the cracks.

The role

Community Manager + Admin

WIIRE® is looking for a high-level Community Manager + Admin who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and can keep the backend of a fast-moving business running smoothly. This role is the glue between our community members, live events, and day-to-day operations. You'll help create an exceptional experience inside The WIIRE® Community membership.

This is not an entry-level "social media assistant" role. We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident making decisions and taking initiative. Someone who loves systems, people, follow-through, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and who's excited to be part of a fun, mission-driven team building something that genuinely matters for women investors.

The purpose of this role

The purpose of this role is to protect the member experience inside The WIIRE® Community and keep the day-to-day backend running smoothly, so members always feel supported and the founders can spend their time on content, teaching, and growing the business rather than chasing admin tasks.

What you will own

  • Schedule and manage community posts inside Mighty Networks
  • Plan and schedule Summer Camp posts, weekly wins, Feature Fridays, and discussion prompts
  • Create and manage event pages for live calls, workshops, and community events
  • Post call recordings and important resources
  • Update community banners and announcements as needed
  • Tag members and encourage engagement inside posts
  • Support cohort leaders and help ensure monthly calls run smoothly
  • Help onboard new members and create a strong first impression
  • Respond to member questions and WIIRE® team DMs
  • Help run/admin live calls including Hot Seats, Inside Scoops, and workshops
  • Support speaker coordination and overall program management

Member experience

  • Maintain a high-touch, personal experience for members
  • Help members feel seen, supported, and connected
  • Identify engagement gaps and proactively improve community participation
  • Ensure members know where to go, what's happening, and how to maximize their membership
  • Answer incoming "hello" emails and route inquiries appropriately
  • Support event coordination and logistics
  • Support retreat coordination and event logistics
  • Maintain analytics spreadsheets and reporting as needed
  • Help with scheduling, backend organization, and follow-up tasks
  • Assist with internal systems and process improvements

AI-driven member insight

  • Use AI tools to synthesize qualitative feedback at scale, pulling themes and sentiment out of community posts, comments, survey responses, and event Q&A rather than relying on gut read alone
  • Build a lightweight, recurring practice of feeding member conversations into AI tools to surface recurring pain points, objections, and "aha moments" members express in their own words
  • Translate raw sentiment analysis into a living picture of WIIRE®'s ideal member avatar, her goals, fears, vocabulary, and where she is in her investing journey, and keep that picture updated as the community evolves
  • Identify emerging member segments or shifts in what "intermediate-to-advanced" investors are struggling with, and report these insights back into content, offer, and programming decisions
  • Comfortable prompting AI tools thoughtfully (not just using them for canned responses). This role requires someone who treats AI as a research analyst, not a chatbot

Success in your first 90 days

By the end of your first 90 days, you'll have:

  • Built real relationships with active members and become a familiar, trusted face inside the community
  • Established a predictable rhythm for posting, event pages, and follow-up so nothing depends on someone remembering to do it
  • Identified and re-engaged at-risk or quiet members before they lapsed
  • Run or admined multiple live calls smoothly from start to finish
  • Documented the recurring parts of your workflow so coverage is possible if you're ever out
  • Brought at least one improvement to how we engage or onboard members

Why you'll love working with us

We're building something meaningful. Every day, we help women create more freedom through real estate investing. We move quickly, value ownership over bureaucracy, and genuinely enjoy solving hard problems together. If you love people, systems, and being the reason nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you.
